My story

After years of multidisciplinary professional experience and passion for language, in 2013 I finally decided to offer both translation, copywriting and consulting services in Dutch, French, English and German in the form of a freelance secondary occupation.

Qualified with a bachelor degree enlarged with additional certificates in various fields, I have been active in daily translation and copywriting since 1995. During my first practice, on behalf of Ackroyd Publications and The Bulletin (former English weekly magazine for expatriates living in Belgium), it was already obvious that by constantly seeking perfectionism nothing should elude the critical eye so that clients and colleagues are being offered an overall quality service!

Thanks to many years of working as a multiskilled executive assistant and ISO9001 quality system manager and internal auditor on behalf of an internationally based architectural and engineering office, I have had the opportunity to constantly acquaint myself with both the practical and efficient language and document use, and technical, commercial or legal subtle distinctions. That’s why you will be offered an even more extensive expertise, since I could personally experience the ins and outs of all company's departments!
